As part of customer due diligence (CDD), Hollard is compelled to comply with the Financial Intelligence Act 2019 to identify its customers before establishing a business relationship and when concluding a transaction with a customer in accordance with section 15 of the Financial Intelligence Act 2019.
To conform with CDD requirements below are the Hollard Know Your Customer (KYC) forms for individuals as well as Corporate Entities, for all our customers to complete and send back to us to this email address KYC@hollard.co.bw or submit at any of our branches near you. The purpose of this form is to ensure that the identity of our clients, their address and their source of funds are properly verified in order to achieve compliance with sections 14 & 16 of the Financial Intelligence Act 2019. The KYC form must be completed and submitted along with the relevant documentation. CDD will be applied to existing clients in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Laws/ Countering Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) and Regulations.
