As part of customer due diligence (CDD), Hollard is compelled to comply with the Financial Intelligence Act 2022 to identify its customers before establishing a business relationship and when concluding a transaction with a customer in accordance with section 16 of the Financial Intelligence Act 2022.
To conform with CDD requirements below are the Hollard Know Your Customer (KYC) forms for Individuals as well as Non-Individuals (Corporate Entities), for all our customers to complete and send back to us to this email address KYC@hollard.co.bw or submit at any of our branches near you.

The purpose of this form is to ensure that the identity of our clients, their address and source of funds are properly stated and verified in order to achieve compliance with sections 16 & 20 of the Financial Intelligence Act 2022. The KYC form must be completed and submitted along with the relevant supporting documentation. Ongoing CDD will be applied to existing clients in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Laws/ Countering Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) and Regulations.
